UA Fishing Dock Complete in Beulah

The Village of Beulah celebrated a ribbon cutting ceremony for its new, universal access (UA) public fishing dock downtown on Friday afternoon.  The fishing dock is a continuation of the Waterfront Revitalization efforts started several years ago by the Village of Beulah with the support of the Beulah Boosters, local businesses and other organizations.  Featuring UA elements, the new public fishing dock will continue to attract locals and visitors alike to enjoy the summer atmosphere in downtown Beulah.

Gosling Czubak completed the design, and fabrication and installation of the dock was managed by Marine Automated Dock Systems, Inc. (MADS) of Harrison, Michigan. Construction on the project began in April and was completed in June.

Total project cost was $42,000 and funding was provided by a USDA Rural Business Enterprise Grant.

Our congratulations to the Village on its new facility.
