Gosling Czubak assisted Acme Township with the development of public waterfront along Lake Michigan. Based on years of effort to reclaim and purchase commercial properties, the first phase of park improvements was completed in 2016. Gosling Czubak then assisted Acme Township in securing an MNRTF development grant for continuation of this park’s improvements to include several more significant elements that encompassed the larger upland area of the park. The Phase II effort, completed in 2018, included new and refurbished parking areas, large open lawn space, sustainable stormwater management, native landscaping, universal beach access and the first section of non-motorized TART trail from Acme Township to Charlevoix.
