Gosling Czubak provided full time Construction Engineering services for this 3.7 mile HMA resurfacing project. The project included fine grading and paving approximately 1.9 miles of previously crushed roadway along with HMA wedging of 1.8 miles of existing HMA pavement with excessive quarter crown. The entire project was overlaid with a final HMA surface and permanent pavement markings were applied. Gosling provided a full time on-site inspection, laboratory testing, and contract administration in accordance with MDOT requirements.
