Gosling Czubak helped a client achieve compliance with the 40 CFR Part 98 Mandatory Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Reporting Rule. We trained the client’s employees to conduct an equipment inventory which was used to develop an emissions inventory for GHG. Because the inventory determined that emission exceeded the Rule's 25,000 CO2 equivalent monitoring threshold, we wrote and managed the implementation of a GHG Monitoring Plan. The GHG Monitoring Plan included a description of procedures and methods needed to provide the reporting data for the GHGs as required by the regulation. Gosling Czubak then developed data collection and emissions calculation spreadsheets for reporting the GHG emissions to the EPA using the E-GGRT (EPA Greenhouse Gas Reporting Tool) system.
