Gosling Czubak’s experience with the Brownfield grant/loan program began in 1996. We have prepared work plans and grant applications as well as provided the coordination necessary to obtain project approvals from the State of Michigan. Other Brownfield development services include initial site assessments, site investigations, preparation of Part 201 Baseline Environmental Assessments (BEAs) that protect developers and new owners from liabilities associated with existing contamination, and preparation and implementation of “Due Care” plans that allow for development with minimal or no additional clean up.
