Gosling Czubak completed consolidation tests on soft soils to determine settlement potential and strength for some very soft and deep soils for a large condominium development in the Boyne City area. These tests enabled more accurate foundation settlement predictions, thereby allowing the building designers to include measures to compensate for the settlement.
