Gosling Czubak’s Geotechnical Engineering Department serves commercial and residential developers, architects, Road Commissions, and municipalities. We provide geotechnical services on projects ranging from retail centers, hospitals, commercial and industrial buildings to bridges, roads, public works, private development, and up-scale residential projects. We conduct soils investigations for foundations, retaining walls, soil densification, dewatering, and slope stability projects.

Our work routinely involves developing foundation recommendations and predicting settlement of structures. Foundation recommendations can include conventional shallow foundations (pad or strip footings), compaction of loose soils by vibration for foundations, and deep foundations such as driven piles, auger-cast piles, or drilled shafts.

Our engineers define difficult conditions, recommend proper construction methods, and achieve reliable, timely, and affordable solutions. We make problem sites buildable.
