Civil/Environmental Engineer
We have an immediate opening for a Civil/Environmental Engineer with experience in municipal and private development infrastructure systems, wastewater design, commercial and residential site plans, road design, and other types of general civil engineering projects. Other duties may include construction observation or construction administration.
Responsibilities Will Include
- Provide technical leadership for municipal and industrial engineering projects
- Prepare engineering analysis, feasibility reports, permit acquisition, and construction documents
- Provide significant contribution to client relationships and engineering team activities
Required Skills and Experience
- A minimum of 5-10 years of experience providing comprehensive civil engineering services.
- Wastewater treatment design experience is preferred
- Prepare engineering analyses and feasibility studies
- Prepare construction plans and contract documents for permitting and bidding purposes
- Provide oversight and administration of all sizes of construction projects
- Bachelor of Science degree in civil or environmental engineering
- Michigan Professional Engineer registration or ability to obtain registration
- Ability to work with a team of engineers and technicians on large projects
- Enjoy working in a team environment with a variety of professionals
- Ability to manage multiple projects and potentially clients
- Organize and conduct client meetings and presentations
- U.S. Employment authorization required
