Survey CAD Technician
GCES is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Survey CAD Technician. The ideal candidate will be responsible for drafting land survey drawings for property boundaries, topography, and other features essential for construction and development projects. This role requires a strong understanding of land surveying.
Responsibilities Include
- Analyze survey data to prepare accurate drawings.
- Utilize software such as Autodesk Civil 3D, PIX4Dmapper, Virtual Surveyor, TopoDOT, Trimble Business Center and Leica Infinity.
Required Skills and Experience
- Strong drafting skills with the ability to create detailed drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with project managers.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Minimum of 3 years of drafting experience.
