Whether planning for plant expansion, locating subsurface utilities, or mapping a contamination plume, manufacturers, mining, and other industrial operations are often in situations to investigate subsurface conditions. But, site conditions often vary, suiting one technology more than another.

Gosling Czubak Engineering Sciences announced their Management Committee has nominated Kevin D. Ringwelski C.P.G., P.G., current Director of Environmental Services, to succeed Douglas A. Coates, P.E., as President, effective August 1, 2022.  Mr. Coates, who has served as President since 2014 announced his retirement earlier this year.

Adam Segerlind, P.E., has been selected by the Michigan Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy (EGLE), Remediation and Redevelopment Division (RRD) to serve on the Response Activity Review Panel.

We are pleased to announce the addition of Daniel J. Thomas, E.I.T. (left), and Brendan A. Holbrook as staff engineers.

The American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) established 100% grants that may be used by municipalities to make necessary investments in water and/or sewer infrastructure, or broadband infrastructure.  The ARPA also allowed broad use of funds for government services if a community could demonstrate “Revenue Loss”.  The Final Rules significantly expand the eligibility of certain project types and greatly simplifies “revenue loss” determination for small communities.
