Kevin Ringwelski Retires, Craig Pullen Promted To President

Gosling Czubak’s Management Committee elected Craig J. Pullen P.S., prior Director of Surveying, to succeed Kevin D. Ringwelski C.P.G., P.G., as President, effective January 1, 2025. Mr. Ringwelski had served as President since 2022 and had been with the organization since 1990.

Craig is the sixth President in the company’s 68-year history and the first Professional Surveyor to serve in this role since Louis Czubak. He is a respected and proven leader within the organization and in his technical field with over 35 years of surveying experience. Craig is a 1989 graduate of Ferris State University and has been with Gosling Czubak since 2013 serving as the Director of Surveying. Mr. Pullen is a licensed Professional Surveyor in Michigan, Wisconsin, Minnesota, and North Carolina. He is a member of the Michigan Society of Professional Surveyors and has been the elected County Surveyor for Wexford County since 2008.

Michael P. Stocking, P.S., has transitioned to Director of Surveying. Mr. Stocking joined Gosling Czubak in 2016 as a project manager and is licensed in Michigan as a Professional Surveyor with over 20 years of surveying experience. He is progressive with new technology and has been at the forefront of aerial mapping with unmanned aerial systems, and most recently LiDAR drone surveying. He is also an FAA Part 107 Licensed UAS Pilot. His extensive surveying knowledge and rapport with clients and staff will serve him well in this new role. Mike is a 2004 graduate of Ferris State University and is a member of the Michigan Society of Professional Surveyors along with the Michigan Oil & Gas Association.
