Copper Ridge is a 73-acre mixed-use development on a very hilly site overlooking Traverse City in Garfield Township, Grand Traverse County. The project includes an outpatient surgery center, medical/professional offices, a retail area, 103 apartment and condominium units, a 100-unit senior apartment building and a 24-unit assisted living facility. The project also includes approximately 20 acres in common open space with trails and walking paths. Gosling Czubak provided boundary and topographic mapping services, and designed the water, sewer, drainage and road systems for the project.
