Title III of Superfund Amendments and Reauthorization Act (SARA) is the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA). Gosling Czubak has prepared and submitted SARA Title III Tier II reports for the oil and gas industry in northern lower Michigan to the Michigan Department of Environmental Quality (MDEQ) for individual facilities. In addition to Tier II reporting, Gosling Czubak has also completed Toxic Chemical Release Inventory (TRI) for a large northern Michigan manufacturing company.
