Gosling Czubak designed a new iron removal plant for the Village of Elk Rapids to address poor water quality issues. Completed by a design/build process, the new plant has a capacity of up to 600 gallons per minute. Fully-automated, the new plant has three wells which operate via radio telemetry. The well houses were retro fitted to accommodate new magnetic flowmeters. The $850,000 project was completed in May 2017.
