Gosling Czubak designed a unique, 135,000 gallon per day oxidation ditch - activated sludge process wastewater treatment plant for Haring Township in Wexford County. The uniqueness of this project was two-fold due to its high strength waste, and high anticipated sewer bills due to the small user base. Careful planning in design, and collaboration among the Township, Gosling Czubak and a private business user allowed the project to proceed and reach completion.

The project cost was approximately $4.6M and included a pumping station and about one mile of force main.  Gosling Czubak assisted the Township in obtaining loans from Rural Development and $899,000 in grant funds.  The project completed construction and became operational in the summer of 2015.
