Gosling Czubak has provided the surveying and engineering services necessary to develop this 80-acre single-family residential condominium community. Gosling Czubak provided surveying, construction engineering, and design work for roads and a sewer collection system. Working with the MDEQ, Gosling Czubak was able to obtain permitting for a constructed wetland wastewater treatment facility. Additional surveying services included an extensive amount of boundary surveying, topographic mapping, construction staking, and preparation of Exhibit ‘B’ to the Master Deed for developments within the project.
