Gosling Czubak provided design and permitting services for a new 450 GPM water supply well, a 500,000 gallon ground storage reservoir and 11,000 feet of 16" water main to connect the new reservoir to the water system in the Township.

Within the last several years, Gosling Czubak has designed two new high capacity wells (900 gpm each) for the Village of Kalkaska. 

The Village of Kalkaska had aesthetically poor water quality. Gosling Czubak analyzed the problem and designed a treatment system to remove iron, manganese and hydrogen sulfide.

Gosling provided the design, permitting and construction engineering services for a water main extension to Baker College for the Charter Township of Haring.

For more than 30 years, Gosling Czubak has provided the Village of Elk Rapids with water system engineering services. One of the latest projects is computer modeling of the water system.

Copper Ridge is a 73-acre mixed-use development on a very hilly site overlooking Traverse City in Garfield Township, Grand Traverse County. 

Gosling Czubak designed parking layout, site grading, water and sewer services, and stormwater management for a new automotive full service center and Audi/VW auto show room for Serra Automotive in Traverse City.  

Gosling Czubak completed construction staking for a residential apartment complex on the south side of Traverse City. Work included staking of underground infrastructure, sidewalk, curb and gutter, five apartment buildings and a pool/office building. 

Gosling Czubak prepared specifications for the building's removal and designed the new docks and upland facilities, including water and electrical services.

Gosling Czubak worked with Crawford AuSable Soccer Association (CASA) to develop a master site plan for a four field complex to be located on the former Crawford County Fair Ground Site northeast of the city of Grayling.

The Village of Kalkaska completed water and sewer improvements throughout the Village.

Gosling Czubak designed replacement of watermain beneath several sections of Village street in Elk Rapids. Work also included construction inspection and construction materials testing.

Gosling Czubak designed a new iron removal plant for the Village of Elk Rapids to address poor water quality issues.
